Job Description
Become a server in training, with the potential to earn great money.
You will start by responding to guest requests, delivering food to tables, supporting the service staff, and watching over tables and server stations during shifts -- it's a great way to move up to a server position at Cafe Tu Tu Tango. The ideal busser is detail oriented, self-motivated and committed to providing outstanding customer service every day.
Responsibilities include:

Deliver exceptional customer service by quickly and efficiently clearing and resetting the restaurant tables up to the standards established by Cafe Tu Tu Tango.

Carry large loads of dishes to kitchen for washing

Emptying trash receptacles

Running food to tables accurately and with urgency

Support other areas of the restaurant as necessary, such as setup, cleanup, prep work and equipment maintenance

Support the bar by cleaning the bar top, replenishing ice, juices, pulling product, emptying garbage

Complete menu knowledge
Requirements

Must be a minimum of 18 years old

High School diploma or GED
-
Minimum of 1 year experience in food service/hospitality desired, but not required

Customer service focused and solution oriented

Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers

Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs

Ability to correctly use table and seat numbers
